Design changes requested by the client after approval may result in additional costs and/or changes to project timelines.
5. Procurement
Where Slick Spaces undertakes procurement on behalf of a client, products and materials may be sourced from third-party manufacturers, suppliers and vendors.
Availability, pricing, delivery schedules, warranties and product specifications may be subject to the terms and policies of those suppliers.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, measurements where applicable, approvals and timely decisions necessary for project execution.
Delays caused by delayed approvals, changes in requirements, site access issues or other client-related circumstances may affect project schedules and costs.
7. Payments
Payment schedules, advances, milestones and other financial terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice or agreement.
Failure to make payments when due may result in suspension or delay of services or project execution.
Additional work or changes outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.
8. Project Changes
Interior projects may evolve during execution. Any changes to the approved scope, materials, specifications or design may affect:

- Delivery schedules
- Completion timelines
Where reasonably possible, additional costs will be communicated to the client before the additional work is undertaken.
9. Third-Party Products and Services
Certain materials, appliances, fittings, furniture and other products may be supplied by third parties.
Applicable manufacturer or supplier warranties will govern such products where relevant. Slick Spaces will, where appropriate, assist the client in coordinating with the relevant supplier or manufacturer.

- Original creative materials
is owned by or licensed to Slick Spaces, unless otherwise stated.
